I. Application Background

In recent years, the rapid growth of the drone industry has led to an increasing number of unauthorized drone flights. These flights have raised concerns about infringements on citizens' privacy, exposure of commercial secrets, disruptions at airports, compromises within research institutions, government facilities, and even potential military surveillance. The inherent attributes of drones, such as their kinetic energy, susceptibility to uncontrolled descents, and capacity to carry payloads, further escalate risks to public safety and counterterrorism efforts. To address these emerging risks, anti-drone systems have been developed, playing a pivotal role in mitigating such incidents. However, the proliferation of challenges associated with these systems has posed significant obstacles, thereby hampering the progress of industries related to low-altitude security.

The low-altitude security defense system, primarily focused on anti-drone technology, encompasses a wide array of advanced technologies from various fields. These include spectrum detection, radar surveillance, electro-optical tracking, radio frequency suppression, navigation deception, microwave countermeasures, laser-based interventions, and more. This demands a high level of technical expertise from companies involved in system integration.

As of now, there are no established national or industry standards, nor are there centralized regulatory bodies or guidelines overseeing this domain. This has led to unregulated growth within the industry. Many solutions are offered by individual manufacturers, each emphasizing their specific technological methods. However, each approach comes with its own set of advantages and limitations. Relying solely on a single method proves inadequate in meeting the practical demands of the field. Additionally, there is often a noticeable discrepancy between the expected functionalities and effects of different techniques and their actual results when put to the test.

Currently, only a limited number of companies possess the capacity to effectively integrate multiple technical approaches in a cohesive manner to meet actual requirements. Furthermore, incidents of anti-drone systems interfering with normal communication, GPS navigation, and timing have become increasingly common, introducing new security vulnerabilities.

II. Solution Plan

As one of the early entrants into the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) countermeasure industry, our company possesses its own field testing facility and maintains strong collaborative relationships with numerous renowned domestic manufacturers. Through continuous testing and calibration, we have gained in-depth insights into the performance and characteristics of various equipment. Our proprietary control platform, developed in-house, has been integrated with devices from the majority of prominent domestic manufacturers. Furthermore, we have harmonized and fine-tuned data from various equipment types, resulting in the creation of multiple sets of distinct configuration solutions. These solutions are versatile enough to accommodate the majority of application scenarios.

The specific configuration of each solution can be tailored to meet the client's defensive objectives, on-site environment, budgetary considerations, and more, thereby ensuring the optimal alignment with customer requirements.

III. Common Solution Technical Performance

1.Spectrum Detection

Single-station spectrum detection distance not less than 8KM, lateral accuracy less than 3 degrees, capable of precise positioning through multi-base station deployment.

2.Radar Detection

Detection distance for small and slow-moving targets can reach 10KM.

3.Electro-Optical Tracking and Detection

For small and slow-moving targets, daytime visible light detection distance not less than 5KM, non-cooled thermal imaging detection distance not less than 2.5KM at night, and cooled thermal imaging not less than 5KM. Supports automatic zoom focus tracking, AI target recognition and locking, inertial navigation tracking, cross positioning, target position output, etc.

4.Power Interference

Five-frequency band interference distance not less than 3KM, supports real-time frequency writing interference.

The aforementioned performance parameters represent the optimal defensive distances achievable with cost-effective configurations for civilian use. Actual usage may adjust configurations as needed. For distances beyond those mentioned above, comprehensive deployment and customized equipment can be employed to meet specific requirements.
